A catalogue is produced biannually at spring time and supplemented with
seasonal brochures for key periods. Customers are alerted to new products
via the sales team and national accounts teams. Orders are gathered
through the Customer Service Department or via the company’s self-
service digital platform.
Producers are encouraged to speak to the Company’s customers through
attendance at various trade events held throughout the year.
