The core business of EFG Inflight Ltd. is flight catering. The company
provides catering services to scheduled and charter flights, including
private and corporate jets, which operate through Shannon Airport.
It has also diversified into retail food manufacturing of a gourmet range of
handmade sandwiches and salads under the trade name Zest!
