        Company Profile:
        Walsh’s Bakehouse is a family owned third-generation bakery, baking the
        Waterford Blaa since 1921. Passionate bakers and particularly proud of the
        EU awarded PGI designation for the Blaa in 2013, Walsh’s Bakehouse also
        supply a range of retail and foodservice customers with both fresh and
        fully baked, blast frozen bakery.

        Foodservice Product Range:
        The Waterford Blaa – soft white roll dusted with flour. Available in small,
        medium and large sizes. Brioche buns and sliders. Ciabattas; floury
        baguettes; multi-seed baps and a range of frozen scone pucks (cook and
        serve format).


        COVID Ready Initiative:
        Walsh’s range of fully cooked, blast frozen bakery products ensures
        minimum waste and delivers maximum flavour. Their frozen scone
        pucks offer an ideal solution to cater for labour shortages across the
        foodservice market and their range of brioche buns and blaas are perfect
        accompaniments for all burger outlets.
