Mad Egg is a Free-Range, Fried Chicken Joint.
Mad Egg’s ethos is ‘Chicken Done Proper’, meaning they place a huge
emphasis on both the provenance and quality of their birds. Throughout
their menu they focus on the heritage and quality of everything they offer.
The Group currently owns and operates five foodservice businesses, in
addition to a Central Production Unit in Dublin:

The company has terms agreed for two new full service restaurants and
four new Cloud Kitchen sites to be opened by the end of 2022.
The brand has a strong social media presence with more than 37K followers
on Instagram. The target demographic is 18-34 year olds, but Mad Egg also
appeals to families and is constantly broadening it’s customer reach.
