Purchasing policy is driven by customer requirements and demand
for a new product is a key factor taken into account when arriving at a
purchasing decision.
Supplier requirement and ordering procedure
All suppliers must supply product data sheets and complete product
specifications for each of the products they supply. All suppliers must have
an accredited HACCP/BRC system in place.
Where supplier audits are carried out, they are paid for by the supplier.
There are no specific packaging and labelling requirements, other than that
legal requirements are met.
