Company Profile
Le Patissier is an award winning family owned business established in
2013 by patisserie chef Robert Bullock. Based in Dublin, Le Patissier have
designed a purpose built kitchen, employing a talented team of pastry
chefs. The business focus is the production from scratch of high quality,
hand-made desserts and patisserie for the retail, wholesale and direct
to consumer markets. Instrumental to the business is the use of all Irish
dairy, Irish free range eggs and sourcing from local producers where
possible to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional quality.
Foodservice Product Range:
Le Patissier supply retail (own label twin pack and family size desserts),
hotels (banqueting, restaurants and afternoon tea), corporate hospitality
(stadiums, HRI and large outdoor events), airlines and wedding venues. Le
Patissier has direct distribution throughout Leinster and works with 3rd
party distributors for the rest of the country.
COVID Ready:
Le Patissier’s outsource solution benefits hotels that are in a transitional
period of post Covid start-up. Allowing kitchens to run with a reduced
team whilst maintaining production of high end, hand-made individual
desserts, tarts and pastries.
