specialist producer of sausages and pudding for both own label retail
and foodservice markets in chilled, frozen, or pre-cooked formats.
Loughnanes are experts at developing bespoke, customer satisfaction,

In 2017, Loughnane’s purchased the Rudd’s site in Birr, Co Offaly. Rudd’s is
Ireland’s premium breakfast meats brand and is the only premium Bord
Bia approved brand in it’s category. The Rudd’s site allowed Loughnane’s
to enter new and exciting markets through innovative NPD.

Traditional Foodservice Product Range:
Ireland’s most diverse range of raw and precooked traditional and
flavoured sausages, including chicken, turkey, low fat, gluten free and
many more options available. The company specialises in traditional and
bespoke black and white puddings, including roulades and pudding mixes
e.g chorizo white pudding, and ham hock and wholegrain mustard white
pudding.
