        Sustainability Credentials
        All organic waste is composted at an enhanced anaerobic digestive
        facility, which creates electricity making it the greenest practice
        available. Foodservice packaging is recyclable and the company has
        set operational targets to reduce energy consumption by phasing out
        the use of fluorescent bulbs. As part of Le Patissier’s commitment to
        supporting local charities, they have chosen the Irish Cancer Society
        and aim to donate an initial sum of €5,000 by Autumn 2020.
