Company Profile:
Mc Caughey Foods is a family run business first established in 1951. The
company operates from their purpose built factories in Broomfield and
Castleblayney. McCaughey Foods are E.E.C. and BRC AA+ approved.
They also work with their customers to produce bespoke products,
providing them with a competitive edge. The company has the capacity
to operate on a 24/7 basis when necessary and can scale according to
customer requirements and seasonal demands.
Foodservice Product Range:
TURKEY: fillets, turkey on the bone, turkey stripped off the bone, turkey
roasted, turkey stuffed, deli style turkey, flavoured turkey (honey/paprika/
sun-dried tomato).
These products can be sliced, shredded, diced or pulled.
TURKEY/HAM/STUFFING PORTIONS: turkey breast layered on sage and
onion stuffing toped with sliced gammon. Packed in formats of 2s , 6s or
10s per pack.
CHICKEN: steam cooked fillets (pulled, sliced, shredded), flame grilled
fillets, roasted fillets (pulled, sliced, shredded, stripped or diced).
Flavours can also be added Tikka, Cajun, BBQ, Hot “N” Spicy, Lemon &
