Company Profile:
With over 30 years of experience working with foodservice industry,
McCormack Family Farms provide a wide selection of produce to suit all
catering needs. McCormack Family Farms is the largest grower of baby
leaf salads in Ireland and are specialists in herbs, microgreens and edible
flowers. Farming over 600 acres in Co. Meath, the company provides full
supply chain control to ensure the highest quality and freshest produce –
Day One for Day One or Day One for Day Two (outside Dublin).
Foodservice Product Range:
• Baby Leaf Salads, available during Irish growing season from April
to October. When out of season, McCormack Family Farms import
directly from a small handful of like-minded farmers in Southern
Europe, to ensure the shortest route from field to fork.
• Herb Range, now including also Irish basil and baby coriander.
• Microgreens Range, over 20 varieties, available all year round, grown
on paper base or cut.
• Edible Flowers, including viola and nasturtium.
