          who agree the terms and place the orders.
          Frequency is product dependent although all outlets are open 7 days per
          week and deliveries must be made before 9am in the morning.

          There is a preference for minimal packaging/ sustainable/ ethically sourced.

          Approach each buyer by email.

          Quality, pricing, provenance and sustainability are equally important.

         Other Information

          Chilled and frozen facilities are available, although there is greater growth
